We offer a 30-day health guarantee. If your plant arrives damaged or in poor condition, please take a photo and contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or full refund.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship within the mainland UK and select European territories to ensure our plants spend the minimum amount of time in transit for optimal health.

Are your pots included with the plants?
