The Story

Hoya endauensis is a vining epiphyte native to Southeast Asia, particularly the Endau-Rompin region in Malaysia. It is recognised for its thick, ovate leaves with a smooth texture and a deep green color. The plant produces clusters of small, star-shaped flowers, typically pale yellow or cream, often with a sweet fragrance.

This species has a trailing or climbing growth habit, making it suitable for hanging baskets or trellis support. It thrives in warm, humid environments with bright, indirect light, closely resembling its native tropical conditions.

How to care for your Hoya -

Water: Less is more when it comes to watering; we like to wait until the leaves pucker slightly.

Light: This Hoya grows best in very bright light. Southern exposure is best, but it can adapt to east or west locations in front of a window.

Humidity: They like high humidity and would be perfect for a bathroom or kitchen.

Temperature: Average room temperature is fine.
