The Story

Monstera Pinnatipartita

A rare but sought after specimen of the genus Monstera is the Monstera Pinnatipartita which is native to the South American rain forests of Colombia, Ecuador, and Peru. Monstera Pinnatipartita goes through a dramatic leaf transformation as the plant matures. This plant is currently in its juvenile state and will develop large leaf fenestrations as it grows.

How to care for your Monstera -

Water: Water well during growing season, less so in Winter, allow soil to dry out completely between waterings.

Light: Allow your Monstera to get plenty of bright, but indirect sunlight, too much can scorch the leaves.

Humidity: They can survive in a low humidity environment, but it will thrive with a higher humidity level. Mist the leaves regularly.

Temperature: They like to be in a warmer spot about 18 degrees C.
