Please ensure all plants and lifestyle products are returned in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Secure Packaging
Carefully repackage your items using the original protective materials to ensure plants remain stable and pots are shielded from damage during transit.
Shipping the Product
Affix your return shipping label and drop the package off at your nearest authorized courier point; we recommend using a tracked service for peace of mind.
Inspection and Refund
Once our nursery team inspects the returned items to confirm they are in healthy condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
